The flats are located in a former paper mill, whose foundation was built in the 16th. century. In 1874 the mill was modificated into a dwelling house.
The flats unifies all advantages from the location on the Danube island: quiet, in the green space, yet centrally located in the Old town and being part of the UNESCO world heritage site.
